Personal attention in a customer friendly environment - it’s something that you may not find in larger airports, but you will find it at Fort Wayne International Airport (FWA).
Need a hand with your bags? FWA’s friendly Customer Service Agents are here to help – and it’s free. Look for them curbside in front of the terminal.
FWA offers free car to curb shuttle service 7 days a week from 5 A.M. to midnight. The Airport’s Customer Service Agents will pick you up at your car and take you to the terminal; they will even assist you in to the terminal with your bags.
FWA has gone green with electric parking lot shuttles. Two Global Electric Motorcars (GEMs), which are manufactured by DaimlerChrylser, provide our passengers complimentary parking lot to terminal shuttle service 7 days a week. The battery operated vehicles cost less to operate than their gas counterparts and help reduce the environmental footprint of the airport. The GEM shuttles are yet another perk for passengers travelling through FWA.
